&lt;p&gt;Il mercatoo del lavoro IT in Italia &amp;#232; molto arretrato, i lavoratori percepiscono una percentuale che va dal 5 al 10 per cento del loro costo giornaliero al cliente.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Chi ci guadagna sono le societa' di consulenza, che fanno enormi margini sul lavoro degli specialisti.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In Italia non esiste un vero sindacato dei lavoratori IT, e per questo la maggior parte di essi vengono assunti con contratti dell'industria e tariffe da operaio neoassunto.&lt;/p&gt;
